Movement helps to release stored emotions and reduce stress and anxiety through techniques including yoga, deep breathing, and visualization to promote relaxation and inner peace.

- Chair exercises – for physical limitations, work stress breaks and sitting disease prevention
- Soft tissue activation release- to rehydrate and heal fascia, for pain relief, back and body care.
