Caroline Knight is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with experience in sports nutrition, eating disorders & disordered eating in children and adults, pediatric nutrition, gastrointestinal issues, body image concerns, and food allergies.
Caroline received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia. She then earned her Master of Science degree in Nutrition from Auburn University while completing research on the Mediterranean Diet. Caroline completed her dietetic internship at the University of Houston with a focus on sports nutrition and disordered eating. She started her career as a sports dietitian in Division I collegiate setting working with athletes with a wide variety of nutritional, medical, and psychological needs. Caroline enjoys working as part of an interdisciplinary team as a way to provide the most holistic and effective treatment for her clients. Her approach is individualized, weight-inclusive, and Health at Every Size aligned. She is currently seeing clients virtually. Caroline is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Collegiate & Professional Sports Dietetics Association.
*Caroline is pursuing the Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian credential with our team of therapists who specialize in disordered eating and is also studying for the Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics credential.
