Liana Waybright is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with experience in pediatric nutrition, childhood and adult disordered eating, body image concerns, eating disorders and other mental health disorders including anxiety, depression and trauma.

Liana obtained undergraduate degrees in Culinary Arts and Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. She completed her Dietetic Internship and graduate degree with an emphasis on Nutrition Education at Eastern Illinois University. Liana started her career as a pediatric dietitian at a children’s hospital where she enjoyed working with children and adolescents with a wide variety of medical and psychological needs. She specialized in eating disorders and practiced with a Family Based Treatment-informed approach to support children and their families through recovery at inpatient and outpatient levels of care. Although she started out as a pediatric dietitian, Liana enjoys working with clients of all ages. She has experience with teens and adults with a range of eating issues, including eating disorders, body image concerns, and co-occurring mental health disorders. Through close coordination of care with a client’s multidisciplinary team, Liana provides holistic nutrition counseling to individuals and their families. Liana is a weight-inclusive and Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned provider and values using a personalized approach to help individuals develop a healthy and sustainable relationship to food. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Liana is pursuing the Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian Specialist credential with our team of therapists who specialize in disordered eating.
