Samantha Singer, MSW, Supervisee in Social Work
Samantha received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from George Mason University and her Master in Social Work degree from the University of Southern California and is currently working as a Clinical Social Worker Supervisee. She began her career working in a Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient setting for eating disorders, working with clients diagnosed with anorexia, bulimia and binge eating disorders. Samantha has experience working with crisis intervention, suicidality, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and with survivors of interpersonal violence. Samantha has experience working one-on-one with patients, as well as leading group psychoeducation and support groups.
Samantha encourages and supports clients through their journey of recovery through learning and implementing self-care, self-advocacy and increasing self-worth. Samantha’s practice aligns with Health at Every Size (HAES) and all foods fit through Intuitive Eating.
