Nidhi received her Master’s in Counseling in May 2020 and is currently working to fulfill her hours for LPC Licensure. She is passionate about working with adolescents, teenagers and young adults tackle life transition, identity struggles, and cultural barriers. Through individual and group counseling, Nidhi helps clients with improving body image, increasing self-esteem, mood disorders, eating disorders, and developing positive coping skills.

She believes in building a relationship based on collaboration, mutual respect, and empathy. She uses a strengths-based approach to help empower clients to recognize their natural talents and strengths. Nidhi also uses a mindfulness-based approach to help clients cope and manage their symptoms on a day to day basis.

Nidhi is currently a Resident Counselor in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Nidhi is pursuing the Certified Eating Disorder Specialist credential with our team of therapists who specialize in disordered eating.
