Susan Theon has her master’s in clinical social work and is an LCSW supervisee. She works with adolescents, adults, families, and groups. She is a certified intuitive eating counselor and eating disorder specialist, assisting clients struggling with low self–esteem, body image issues, anxiety, and depression. In addition, she has experience working with trauma, grief, loss, and life transitions. Susan helps clients find their true selves through emotion-focused therapy. She utilizes a holistic, HAES (Health at Every Size) approach, fostering growth, healing, and recovery. She empowers her clients through building strengths and resiliency to change. Her belief is therapy is a partnership of building trust and acceptance in a safe and nurturing environment.
