Jennifer acts as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing client communication.  Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout their therapeutic journey.  
Managing the scheduling of therapy sessions, ensuring optimal use of therapists’ time and availability. Handle cancellations and rescheduling requests promptly and efficiently.Coordinate with therapists to manage their calendars and availability.
 
Maintain accurate client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations. Work closely with therapists to understand their needs and support them in delivering high-quality care.  Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Total Health Concepts is offering teletherapy through video and/or phone to all who want to be seen during this time as well as in person at our Vienna Office, located at 410 Pine Street, Suite 150, Vienna, Virginia 22180.

We are a provider for Carefirst/BlueCross and Tricare. We are still accepting new clients and are offering phone and video sessions via Zoom and in person.
