Virginia Inglese, MA, RD, LCSW, CLC, CEDS

Virginia Inglese is a psychotherapist and registered dietitian, specializing in eating disorders, healing families, empowering teens, and launching young adults. She is also a certified yoga and movement therapist, using these skills to help clients improve their health and release traumas and physical and emotional pain.

As a dedicated and compassionate Resident in Counseling, Jerly brings a wealth of experience and a multicultural perspective to the field of mental health. Jerly is fluent in both English and Spanish. She is committed to providing inclusive and accessible mental health support to individuals and families. Jerly holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University.

Zaria Hardy, M.Ed., Resident in Counseling

Zaria is enthusiastic about fostering a brave space for her clients to take emotional risks, identify the origins of their inner conflict, and gain the tools to foster and maintain meaningful relationships with others and themselves. Elena Arabia-Meyer, MSW, Supervisee in Social Work

Melina Mora, MS, Resident in Counseling

Melina is a Resident in Counseling, Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional, and Internal Family Systems Informed Therapist with a wealth of experience in addressing a variety of issues. With a focus on eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia, and ARFID, she has also worked extensively with individuals and couples dealing with trauma-related disorders.


Rachel Jahelka, MSW, Supervisee in Social Work

Rachel Jahelka is a recent graduate of Florida Atlantic University’s Master of Social Work program, currently working towards her Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure. With a wealth of experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds who are struggling with anxiety, grief, trauma, depression, and co-occurring disorders, Rachel is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective care.

Jennifer Darr, Client Services Manager

Jennifer acts as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing client communication.  Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout their therapeutic journey.  

Lily "Therapy" Dog

Lily is our beloved “therapy” dog of our practice. She loves to welcome clients with her very sweet and sensitive demeanor. She is always happy to see clients at Total Health Concepts!

Total Health Concepts is offering teletherapy through video and/or phone to all who want to be seen during this time as well as in person at our Vienna Office, located at 410 Pine Street, Suite 150, Vienna, Virginia 22180.

We are a provider for Carefirst/BlueCross and Tricare. We are still accepting new clients and are offering phone and video sessions via Zoom and in person.
