Virginia Inglese, MA, RD, LCSW, CLC, CEDS

Virginia Inglese is a psychotherapist and registered dietitian, specializing in eating disorders, healing families, empowering teens, and launching young adults. She is also a certified yoga and movement therapist, using these skills to help clients improve their health and release traumas and physical and emotional pain.

J.R. Lippold, MA, MSW, LGSW, LCSW

J.R. has extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families in crisis, as well as adolescents, young adults, and members of the LGBTQ community. His unique and direct approach draws from his multifaceted experiences to provide insight into how environmental, mental/emotional, and health-related factors can influence an individual’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors – all factors that can lead to emotional distress, anxiety, and depression.

Amanda Spahn, MSW, LCSW

Amanda obtained her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida State University. She is currently working as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

She is experienced in working with crises and adults. Her current work is primarily with individuals. Amanda’s therapeutic style is client-centered and combines a variety of practices such as CBT, MI, trauma-informed, and strengths based. She enjoys meeting her clients where they are at in order to help them express and understand their needs in a comfortable setting.

Babatunde is a graduate of the counseling and counselor education doctoral program at the University of Rochester, Rochester, NY and is also a graduate of the master’s program in mental health counseling program also from the University of Rochester. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Saint Bonaventure University in upstate New York. Total Health Concepts is offering teletherapy through video and/or phone to all who want to be seen during this time as well as in person at our Vienna Office, located at 410 Pine Street, Suite 150, Vienna, Virginia 22180.

We are a provider for Carefirst/BlueCross and Tricare. We are still accepting new clients and are offering phone and video sessions via Zoom and in person.
